  • We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks before your preferred installation date. Our schedule fills quickly in the fall, and early booking ensures the best chance of securing your ideal time slot.

  • Absolutely. Each of our curated packages serves as a starting point, and you’ll be able to share preferences for pumpkin palette, floral selections, and styling details during checkout. For fully custom designs beyond our packages, please contact us directly.

  • Yes. We offer an optional removal service during the week before and after Thanksgiving. You can choose to keep your florals or have us remove them along with pumpkins, gourds, and natural textures. Items are composted or donated to local farms when possible.

  • We currently serve Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, and Chapel Hill. If you’re located nearby but not listed here, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm whether you’re in our service area.

  • If you have pets or young children, we can adapt your display to be safer and more accessible. Please note that some plants, such as ornamental kale, may not be edible for pets. Let us know any concerns in your order form or by contacting us prior to your installation.

  • With proper care, your pumpkins and florals should last the full fall season. We use only fresh, high-quality materials, and we’ll provide care tips after installation to help extend the life of your display.

  • No, as long as we have clear access to your porch or entryway, we can complete the installation while you’re away. You’ll receive an update when your display is finished.
