Availability varies by season and service. For custom planters, window boxes, and porch styling, we recommend reaching out a few weeks in advance, especially during peak seasonal transitions. Fall and holiday projects are offered in limited quantities and often book early.

For custom services, yes. Custom planters, window boxes, and porch styling include design, sourcing, delivery, and on-site installation or styling.

Curated Plant Delivery is a delivery-only service. Plants are designer-selected and delivered ready for you to plant, but soil, installation, and on-site styling are not included.

Customization is available for custom services only. You’ll be able to share preferences for color palette, style, and your space, and we’ll tailor the design accordingly.

Curated Plant Delivery features preset seasonal collections and is not customizable. Each collection is designed in advance to create a cohesive Autumn & Oaks look with less decision-making.

We currently serve Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, and Chapel Hill. If you’re located nearby but not listed here, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm whether you’re in our service area.

Yes. We use only healthy, high-quality plants and will provide care instructions for your planters or displays. We can also adapt plant selections for sun exposure, seasonal longevity, or pet/child safety.

No. As long as we have clear access to your space, we can complete installations on-site while you’re away. You’ll receive a notification when your project is finished.
