Welcome to Autumn & Oaks! By purchasing a package, submitting a form, or interacting with our website (autumnandoaks.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Overview

Autumn & Oaks is a seasonal styling service that offers curated fall porch displays for residential clients in the Triangle area of North Carolina. All designs are custom-tailored to your home’s layout and preferences.

Booking & Payments

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking via our online checkout system.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Installation dates will be confirmed based on availability and zip code proximity.

  • Prices are subject to applicable sales tax as required by the State of North Carolina.

Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel your order up to 7 days before your scheduled installation for a full refund.

  1. Cancellations made within 7 days of your install date may be refunded minus any material or preparation costs already incurred.

  2. No refunds will be issued once installation has taken place.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your installation, please contact us at hello@autumnandoaks.com as soon as possible. Reschedules are accommodated based on availability.

Design Flexibility & Customization

Every display is unique. While we honor your selected preferences (pumpkin palette, florals, style), we reserve the right to make substitutions based on seasonal inventory and availability.

Ownership & Removal

All materials are yours to keep unless you have purchased the Removal Add-On, in which case we will return to remove and compost or repurpose pumpkins, gourds, and textures.

  1. Clients may choose to keep florals after removal (we’ll confirm before your scheduled pick-up).

Use of Images

We may photograph styled porches for marketing and portfolio purposes. If you prefer not to have your home featured, please let us know during checkout or by emailing us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autumn & Oaks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for your specific order.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved through informal negotiation. If needed, arbitration will be conducted in the state of North Carolina, USA, after 30 days of failed resolution attempts.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
